I'm Lulu and I want to share my story with you!

It all started in 2013 when I stumbled upon the fascinating fact about the uniqueness of fingerprints: each person possesses a one-of-a-kind pattern that sets them apart from the rest of the world. This discovery sparked an idea within me to incorporate the fingerprint in my logo. Here is when Unique by Linda was born.

At the time, I was immersed in the fast-paced world of the film industry, not being able to dedicate time to my personal projects. Recently, I made the bold decision to quit my job and pursue my dream. Little did I know that this decision would shape the course of my life in ways I never anticipated. I poured my heart and soul into my new venture of creating a product that showcased the delicate beauty and uniqueness of fingerprints. Each piece I sew is meticulously handcrafted and assembled, paying homage to the distinctiveness of every individual's marks. 

On the other hand, my mom, a spirited woman who had once been the guiding light of our family, started battling Alzheimer's disease. Watching her memory fade away was a painful experience and witnessing firsthand the heart-wrenching effects it had on my loved ones. I felt an overwhelming desire to do something meaningful to help. With every purchase of my products, a portion of the proceeds is going directly towards funding studies, researches, and nonprofitable organizations (like the Alzheimer's Association) supporting or raising awareness about Alzheimer’s disease.

Looking back, I realized that sometimes our purpose finds us when we least expect it. In pursuing my passion for sewing, I discovered a way to honor my mother's struggle and contribute to a cause close to my heart. Therefore, my first collection carries her name: Armenoohi (we are Armenians and every collection will have an Armenian female name).

Although the path is uncertain and challenging, the journey is worth it.
